This command allows you to specify whether to count (for billing purposes) the number of packet retransmissions.
Important:
In release 17.0, this command has been deprecated. This configuration is available at rulebase level
as
[local]host_name(config-rule-base)# [no] retransmissions-counted.

Syntax

Configures this command with its default setting.
Default: Disabled; same as

If previously enabled, disables the retransmissions-counted configuration in the current charging action.
Usage
Use this command to enable counting of the number of retransmissions.
If not enabled, retransmissions are automatically detected but discounted. The retransmissions will still be
analyzed by the TCP analyzer (and higher layer analyzers), but the statistics (except for the count of
retransmissions) will not be updated. Also, some higher layer analyzers (MMS, SIP, WSP, and WTP) can
detect retransmissions when UDP is the transport layer.
