This command allows you to define rule expressions for CAE re-addressing to verify if the HTTP Response has
content-range header or not.

Usage
Use this command to define rule expressions for CAE re-addressing to verify if the HTTP Response has
content-range header or not. This header is useful in detecting HTTP video requests when using ECS DPI
ruledefs based on HTTP headers/URI.
