This command is used to define the type of access protocol to be used with a PCC-Sp-Endpoint instance for IPCF
configuration.

Sets access type protocol to be used by endpoints to default protocol of Diameter protocol in a PCC-Sp-
Endpoint instance for IPCF configuration.
