The Block Audit Report provides audit information about changes that have occurred to a 

specific block. 

6.7.1  Block Audit Report Selection 
When you select the Block Audit Report function, a selection screen is displayed that allows 

you to select how you want to filter the audit information that is displayed. 

Address space 

Enter the block address for which you want to Audit (for example, 10.0.0.0).   

IP Address Version 

Select IPv4 or IPv6 

Block Size 

Select the size of the block in CIDR notation. 

Administrator 

Select the individual administrator that you want to filter the report against, 

otherwise select “ALL” to see changes that have occurred for all 

administrators. 

Allocation Reason Codes 

Select an individual reason code that you want to filter the report against, 

otherwise select “ALL” to see changes that have occurred for all reason codes. 

Page Size 

Enter the number of audit lines that appear on each screen. 

Start date 

Select the calendar icon, and select the starting date for which to filter the 

audit report. The format of the start date is “mm/dd/yyyy”.  If you leave this 

field blank, all items are returned regardless of start date. 
Select the start time using the drop-down menus. 

End date 

Select the calendar icon, and select the ending date for which to filter the audit 

report. The format of the end date is “mm/dd/yyyy”.  If you leave this field 

blank, all items are returned regardless of end date. 
Select the end time using the drop-down menus. 

Once you have selected your report filters, click 

Submit.  The report is generated and appears 

in your browser. 

6.7.2  Block Audit Report Output 
The Block Audit Report is created and the following table describes the Block Audit Report 

Output screen elements. 

Date/Time 

The date and time that the audit event took place. 

Admin 

The administrator that initiated the event. 

Block 

The block that this event occurred on. 

Event Type 

The event type that took place: 
Add Block – a block has been added 

Delete Block – a block has been deleted
