Managing Application Sets

The Create Application Set function in the TSBroadcaster allows you to import a 

distributed application set with minimal effort. You can use this feature to bring in a 

zip file that contains a set of application files and the parameters for the files. Do not 

confuse “create an application set” with “develop an application set” or with 

“download an application set.” The Develop Application Set function is where you 

actually create the application sets. The Download Application Set is where you 

distribute the application sets that you have created. 

To create an application set, you must first develop an application set and create a 

definition file.  

To create an application set, complete the following steps. 

1. 

Log in to the TSBroadcaster as a user with the appropriate privileges. See Log 

In to the TSBroadcaster in Chapter 3. 
Result:  After a successful login, the Home Page opens.

Click the Application Sets button from the navigation bar. 

 

Result:  The Manage Application Sets Page opens.
