Will the site you are upgrading support the CableCARD module? 
• 

If yes, go to Configuring for Open Cable Compliance, next in this section. 

• 

If no, skip this section and go to Delete the POD_Data and sam File Servers, later 

in this chapter. 

Complete these steps to configure the site you are upgrading for Open Cable 

Compliance. 

 

1. 

From the DNCS Administrative Console, select the DNCS tab. 

2. 

Select the System Provisioning tab. 

3. 

Click DNCS System. 
Result:  The DNCS System Configuration window opens. 

 

4. 

Select the Miscellaneous tab.
