When multiple master index files on the BFS are updated, the bfsRemote process
sends a communication to the data pump to read the updated files. The data pump
recognizes file updates by timestamp; therefore, it did not attempt to read multiple
file updates within a second. Now, the data pump reads each new file it receives
because it no longer reads the file timestamp and assumes a file change has
happened when a communication is sent by the bfsRemote process.
