Resetting the Configuration of DHCTs in a Text File That Are Not In-

Service
DHCTs are usually considered to be not in-service when they have a status of out-of-
service. On systems that use the HCTM_PROVISIONING_APP variable, DHCTs
that have a status of deployed are also considered to be not in-service. Follow these
instructions to reset the configuration of DHCTs that already have a status of out-of-
service (or deployed).
