A Workaround for Sites Experiencing Lost Video
Some sites that run the mvsrcid utility may experience black screens or lost video.
Completing the following work-around may reduce the length of time that video is
lost.
1 From the DNCS Administrative Console, select the Application Interface

4 Change the Update Timer to 60 seconds; change the Schedule Timer to 120
seconds. These changes force the SAM to update faster.
5 Click Save and close the SAM Configuration window.
