Verify Network Interface Card Type

Follow these instructions to verify the type of NIC installed in your system.
1 Type prtconf -vp | egrep 'Node | device_type: | version: |

board-model: | ^$' | less

and press Enter.

2 Review the output and verify that the board-model matches the network device

displayed on the screen.

Note: Multiple devices will display as an output of this command.
