Lost Connection
Data listed: DHCTs with an administrative status of In
Service-Two Way which have an IP address, but whose
operational status is “Unknown,” “MAC initialization
failed,” or “DSMCC boot failed.”
Normal condition: Queries the DNCS/ISDS database to

data is intact for a particular device.
