Sub-Menu 3 -- Optical Wavelength Select
The illustration below shows sub-menu 3 of the OptoStar II optical switch module
- Optical Wavelength Select.
- Optical Wavelength Select.
The default input optical wavelength is 1310nm (1270 ~ 1410). Press ▲▼ button
to select the required optical wavelength.
To select 1550nm optical wavelength:
1. Press ▼ button to keep the symbol on 1550nm (1410 ~ 1610) option;
2. Press ► button to move the cursor to “Set”;
3. Press SET button to save the configuration.
You should set up this option according to the actual input optical wavelength, to
avoid module error. If the optical wavelength is between 1270nm and 1410nm,
select 1310nm (1270 ~ 1410). If the optical wavelength is between 1410nm and
1610nm, select 1550nm (1410 ~ 1610).
