Operating using ICIM LCD, Continued 

The illustration below shows sub-menu 3 of the OptoStar II RF switch module – 
Channel Control.   

 

Factory default sets switching mode to Auto. By default, the cursor is set on the 
Auto option and the module is set to work in auto switching mode. Press ▲▼ 
button to select auto or manual switching mode. 

• 

To select automatic switching mode   

1.  Press ▲▼ button to keep the  symbol on “Auto” option;   
2.  Press ► button to move the cursor to “Set”; 
3.  Press SET button to save the configuration. 

• 

To select manual switching mode   

1.  Press ▲▼ button to keep the  symbol on Manual option;   
2.  Press ► button to move the cursor to “Set”; 
3.  Press SET button to start the configuration; 

To switch between channel A and B manually, “Manual” must be selected in the 
Mode Selection screen, otherwise channel switching will be unavailable in auto 
switching mode.   

1.  Press ▲▼ button to keep the  symbol on Channel A or Channel B option;   
2.  Press ► button to move the cursor to “Set”; 
3.  Press SET button to save the configuration.
