Click the Add ICM Instance button.

Specify the following on the ICM Instance tab:

Name. The enterprise name for the Server ICM instance, as used in Setup.

Type. (Drop-down list.) Select Customer ICM.
•
Instance Number. The instance number as defined in Setup.

Network ICM Instance. (Drop-down list.) The associated Client ICM
instance configured in Step 5.

Client Script
Typically, the client ICM originally receives the call and pre-routes it to an ACD.
The call is then post-routed to a peripheral associated with the server system. The
client determines the label associated with the server’s peripheral by requesting
the label from an ICM Gateway node in a script.

From the Script Editor, you can specify a local definition of the label that the ICM
