Click

Start   > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Tablet PC Settings.

You can use the computer more efficiently in a short time by learning how to use your 

fingers and the Stylus Pen.

Click

Start > All Programs > Tablet PC and then click Tablet PC Touching Training

or

Tablet PC Pen Training.
