1.  From the Home screen, press

Menu 

then touch 

Applications ➔ Record Audio. 

2.  Touch Settings. 

3.   Select defaults for the Format of recording, the Save to 

location, and the Recording time. 

Calculator 

With this feature, you can use the phone as a calculator. The 
calculator provides the basic arithmetic functions; addition, 
subtraction, multiplication, and division. 

1.  From the Home screen, press

Menu 

then touch 

Calculator. 

2.  Enter the first number using the numeric keys. 

3.   Enter the operation for your calculation by pressing the 

Plus, Minus, Multiplication, or Division key. 

4.   Enter the next number. 

5.   To view the result, touch the = key.  

Repeat steps 1 to 4 as many times as required.  

Tip Calculator 

With this feature, you can use the phone as a tip calculator. 
Enter the amount, the percentage you wish to add, if you 
want to split the tip between different people, and the tip 
calculator will give you the calculated tip amount. 

1.  From the Home screen, press

Menu 

then touch 

Applications ➔ Tip Calculator. 

2.  Enter the Bill amount, then touch Result. 

3.   Enter the Tip percentage you wish to use, then touch 

Result. 

4.   Enter the number of persons to split the tip between, 

then touch Result. 

5.  The amount of the tip is displayed at the bottom.
