Your tablet has a clock app that lets you set alarms, view time in time zones around the world, use a 

stopwatch, and set a timer. 

You can always check the time on your tablet. The current time displays in the upper right corner of the 

status bar. Many widgets and Lock screens also display the time and provide options for how time is 

displayed. 

Your tablet automatically receives the current date and time from the wireless network. You can set the 

date by hand by overriding the default setting.

From home, tap Apps 

 > Settings 

 > Date and time

.

Tap On/Off to turn Automatic data and time off to set the date and time and select a time zone. 



  Your date and time settings are applied and saved.
