Advanced Wi-Fi Settings 

The advanced Wi-Fi settings allow you to set up and manage wireless access points. 

1.   Press 

and tap 

> 

> Wi-Fi. 

2.  Tap 

> Advanced. 

The following options are available: 



: alerts you when a new open network is available. 



: allows you to specify when to disconnect from Wi-Fi. 



: automatically checks the Wi-Fi Internet service 

availability. 



: sets a starting and ending time for Wi-Fi service to stay turned on. 



: view your device’s MAC address, required when connecting to some 

secured networks (not configurable). 



: view your device’s IP address. 

Your device’s Bluetooth capabilities let you use wireless headsets to send and receive pictures 

and files, and more. 

1.   Press 

and tap 

> 

> Bluetooth. 

2.  Tap the ON/OFF slider to move it into the ON position to turn Bluetooth on. 

3.  Tap 

to access Bluetooth settings 



: allows you to change the name of your device. The device name is 

how other Bluetooth devices identify your device. 



: allows you to choose the length of time your device is visible to 

other devices, when you enable visibility. 



: allows you to view files received via Bluetooth.
