Use this application to manage contacts, including phone numbers, email addresses, and 
others.
Tap 

People on the Applications screen.

This application requires a Microsoft account. If you have not already registered an account 
on the device, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the account setup.

Open the options bar, tap New, and then enter contact information.

Select a contact to edit, open the options bar, and then tap Edit.

Select a contact to delete, open the options bar, and then tap Delete.
