Disk drive carrier LEDs
Each of the 14 disk drive carriers have two LEDs - green and bicolor,
indicators visible from the front of the enclosure.

Green LED is the disk drive ready LED. The disk drive has control over
this LED. While bicolor LED is controlled by the Altos S300 ES module
