Clearing Data Automatically 
If you always clear data after a certain time, you can set Simply 
Accounting to do so automatically. 
1.  In the Home window, from the Maintenance menu, choose 
Clear Data and then Automatically Clear Data. 
2.  Check the boxes and type the number of months to indicate 
the data you want to clear automatically.
