Specify Foreign Exchange Office Loop Start (FXO LS) debounce for battery reversal detector.

The 

 command must be set to the corresponding protocol type before 

any commands for E&M (Wink Start, Immediate Start, and Delay Start Signaling), and FXS/
FXO (Loop and Ground Start) commands will take effect.

Definitions:
slot

Specifies chassis slot number where VSM is installed, (e.g., 

).

Specifies physical port number on voice daughtercard, (e.g., 

).

The first number in the range of voice channels (e.g., 

).

The last number in the range of voice channels (e.g., 

).

Be sure to separate the start and end range numbers with a 

hyphen (e.g.,

Specifies the time to use as a debouncer (delay interval) for debouncing the battery rever-
sal detector, in milliseconds from 0 to 60,000, (e.g., 

).

Do not use commas when entering the fxo ls debounce value 
for the battery reversal detector (for example, 

 will return 

a syntax error message).
