Many checks have been carried out during the manufacture of your
washing machine. However, if you face a problem with its operation,
please have a look at the following table before calling the After Sales
Service. Moreover, it is possible that one of the following messages
appears on the display :
Problem with water supply : No incoming water. Check tape 

& hose»

Problem with water draining :  ..... No drain. Check drain hose / filter»
Cover open :  ................................................Door not closed. Please check»
Once the problem has been eliminated, press the START/PAUSE button
to restart the programme. If after all checks, the problem persists,
contact the After Sales Service. 

Symptom

Cause

The washing machine will
not start or will not fill :

• the washing machine is not correctly

connected, the electrical installation is
not working,

• the cover of your washing machine

and the drum flaps are not correctly
closed (Door not closed. Please check)

• you did not control the program start

correctly,

• there is a power failure,
• the water supply is closed off (No

incoming water. Check tape 

& hose)

• the water tap is closed (No incoming

water. Check tape 

& hose)

• the water inlet is blocked (No inco-

ming water. Check tape & hose)

The washing machine fills
up but empties again
immediately :

• the drain siphon is attached too low

(see installation section).
