CHANGE OF SHAPES OF MEMBER PARTS
Reason :
To prevent breakage of the swing arm due to impact during physical distribution in the
field
field
Outline :
The breakage is caused by the impact applied to the root of the spring hook
during physical distribution. To avoid stress concentration on the spring hook
and enhance the endurance against impact, the measures described below are
taken.
1. Addition of R0.8 to the root of the spring hook (f3mm).
2. Addition of R1.0 to the protrusion at the front edge of the spring hook (f3mm).
3. Change of the position of the arm (t=2.5) so that the arm contacts the spring
during physical distribution. To avoid stress concentration on the spring hook
and enhance the endurance against impact, the measures described below are
taken.
1. Addition of R0.8 to the root of the spring hook (f3mm).
2. Addition of R1.0 to the protrusion at the front edge of the spring hook (f3mm).
