Changing the sound quality
Set to “MONO” when there is noise during FM reception.
Sound becomes monaural, but noise is reduced.

Set to “CITY” if reception is poor or if there is interference from another
station.

The rechargeable batteries are also recharged in the unit base while the unit is off.
Turning off the speaker [OPR] does not turn the power off. Press [∫ OPR OFF]
on the main unit (twice when playing a CD) to turn the power off.
These speakers do not have magnetic shielding. Keep them away from
televisions, computers, and other items easily affected by magnetism.
Operations are the same using or not using the unit base and speakers.
