Entering text
There are two methods for entering text characters and numbers. In the
Multipress key method, you keep pressing each key until the desired letter
appears. This can be cumbersome when entering a lot of text. For a quick
text entry method, use T9

allow the T9 software to assemble the word for you. The T9 database ranks

When writing a new SMS message, entering Agenda events, or using the
scratchpad, the t9 icon appears to indicate the T9 Text Input mode is ready.
