The NS-4102T PND has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital 

device in accordance with the specifications in Part 15 of FCC rules. 

Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful 

interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference 

that may cause undesired operation. This device generates, uses, and can radiate 

radio-frequency energy. If it is not 

installed and used properly, it may cause interference with radio and television reception.
