If your system is not working as it should, these
suggestions might help you eliminate the prob-
lem.

Adjust the contrast as described in 
“Adjusting the Display Contrast” on 
Page 19.

Replace or reinstall the batteries as 
described in “Installing Batteries/Setup” 
on Page 13. 

You have an 
incoming 
call, but do 
not receive 
any Caller 
ID informa-
tion.

Someone picked up a telephone on the 
same phone line before the system 
recorded the call record. This is not a 
malfunction.

No data was sent by the phone com-
