This function enables you to select the desired paper format for printing. 
You can choose between millimetres and inches.

Press [FUNCTION] and [INITIAL 
SET].

Press the arrow left key (OT 39) and 
[ENTER].

Use the numeric keypad to select 
the required format and press 
[ENTER].  
[0] : Inches 
[1] : Millimeter

Press [STOP].

This function enables you to set the number of rings before the machine 
answers an incoming call. Follow the procedure below:

Press [FUNCTION] and [INITIAL 
SET].

Press the arrow left key (OT 39) four 
times and [ENTER].

Set the number of rings (1-11) and 
press [ENTER] and [STOP].
