Show Tips and Tricks
7.9.1 Planning Your Show
Before making your slideshow, you should determine who the audience of the
show will be and what the purpose is for making the show. If you are trying to re-
tell a story or an event, be sure to include photos of key moments such as the
beginning, middle, and end of the story, so it will better illustrate the sequence of
events as they happened.
Decide what kinds of emotions you are trying to convey in the slideshow and
choose your soundtrack accordingly. You may want to use multiple songs to
emphasize a change in mood.
Changing transitions or effects when you make a change in the soundtrack can
have a dramatic impact on your slideshow. If you plan to share your slideshow
with people online, be careful not to use too many songs or photos because the
file size will increase.
