The following are the general options that can be configured on the 

 dialog box.

Paper/Output
Specify the paper size and the number of copies to be printed.

• Paper Size

Select the size of the paper to be used for 
printing.
Available settings:
Letter, Legal, Executive, A3, A4, A5, A6, JIS B4, 
JIS B5, JIS B6, Invoice, Ledger, 11x14, 
FLS(203 

× 330mm), FLS (210 × 330mm), FLS 

(216 

× 330mm), FLS (220 × 330mm), Envelope 

B5, Envelope Comm 10, Envelope C5, 
Envelope DL, Envelope Monarch, 16K, 8K, ISO-
B4, ISO-B5, PostScript custom Page Size

• Copy Count

Specify the number of copies you want to print, 
in the range of 1 to 9999.

Graphics
Use these settings to control the graphic properties of the print 
image.

• Scaling

Specify the zoom ratio or enlarging or reducing 
the print image, in the range of 1 to 1000

• TrueType 

Font

Select a TrueType font option.

Advanced Printing Features
Use this setting to enable and disable advanced printing features.
