PostScript Custom Page Size Definition Dialog Box
The
PostScript Custom Page Size Definition
dialog box appears when
you select “PostScript Custom Paper Size” under
Paper/Output
on the
Advanced Options
dialog box. Use this dialog box to configure settings
for custom paper sizes.

Type in the width and the height of the custom paper.
