Replacing the Printer Drum

The printer drum should be replaced after printing approximately
100,000 pages on the 3825 and 3225 Print Systems; every 80,000

2 Remove the used ozone

filter from the cover and
dispose of it properly.
Place a new filter inside
the cover.

Caution! Because the filter is charcoal based, some of the charcoal

may rub off on your hands. Be careful when handling your print job

or touching your clothing.

3 Reattach the vented

cover to the left side of
the printer and click it in
place.

WARNING! The ozone filter protects the environment and your

health from harmful ozone. Never operate the printer with the

ozone filter removed since long-term exposure to unfiltered ozone

is hazardous.
