 Defrag Commander PE is licensed by seat, and one license permits the user 

to install and run the software on one system. It is the responsibility of the 

user to insure that the product is not distributed or installed in such a way that 

the software license is exceeded 

When  Defrag Commander PE is initially launched you will be prompted to 

activate your product with a license key. To receive a license key by email, 

have your license number available and click on the link in the Software 

Licensing dialog box or follow the link in your Winternals licensing email. To 

activate your product follow the instructions in the email that accompanies 

your license key.
