Making/Answering Calls
To redial the last number dialled
Using the handset:
Lift the handset 
 press {REDIAL}.
OR
Press {REDIAL} 
 Lift the handset.
Using the speakerphone: Press {SP-PHONE/HEADSET} 
 press {REDIAL}.
OR
Press {REDIAL} 
 press {SP-PHONE/HEADSET}.
To redial using the redial list (Memory Redial)
The last 20 phone numbers dialled are stored in the redial list.

Press {REDIAL}.
• The last dialled number and “
” are displayed.
• When the number dialled has been stored in the Phonebook or Direct Dial memory, 
the name is also displayed.

Scroll to the desired number by pressing {

}
 or {
3
}
.
• You can also scroll through the list by pressing
 {REDIAL}.
• To exit the list, press
 {EXIT}.

Lift the handset or press {SP-PHONE/HEADSET}.
• To erase an item, repeat steps 1 and 2, and press {ERASE}.
• If  “
No items stored” is displayed, the list is empty.
To adjust the handset volume (4 levels) or the speaker volume 
(8 levels) while talking
To increase, press VOLUME {
3
}
. To decrease, press VOLUME {
4
}
.
• The display shows the volume level for a few seconds.
Automatic Redial:
If you use the speakerphone or the headset when redial and the other party’s line is 
engaged, the unit will automatically redial the number up to 15 times. While the unit is 
waiting to redial, “
Waiting redial
” will be displayed and SP-PHONE/HEADSET 
indicator light flashes
. While the unit is redialling, mute is automatically turn on.
• Automatic redial is cancelled when {FLASH} is pressed.
• If mute does not turn off after the line is connected, press {MUTE}.
