Explanation on     Symbols to the Left of Folders 

If the folder has sub-folders, to the left of the hierarchical display in the Folder window, a 

 symbol appears. Click on the   symbol, and the sub-folders will be displayed in a tree 

view, and the symbol will change to  . Once again, click on the 

 symbol and the sub-

folders will be hidden, and the symbol will change back to  .
