Scanner Image Box Menu

If the device has a Network Scanner function and HDD (either standard or as an option), you can view, or save 
the JPEG, PDF, or TIFF scanner image box(es) content into a file. You can also click the 

Delete

 button to 

remove the files.

Clicking the 

Scanner Image Box menu item opens the scanner image box list in the Select Box screen (up to 

12 boxes). The number of files stored in the box is shown on the 

Total field.

Click on the desired Select Box name in the list to open the 

Select File screen to show all the files contained in 

the box.
