Selectable Listening Modes
You can select a variety of listening modes to suit the audio
format of the signal being input. Refer to the following for
the listening mode choices.
• Listening modes available when headphones are
connected are: Pure Audio, Mono, Direct, and Stereo.
■ Updating of listening modes
We plan to provide support for the DTS:X audio format
through firmware updates for this unit. This means that
the selectable listening modes depend on the version of
firmware.
On firmware version before DTS:X support
On firmware version before DTS:X support
• You can select Neo:6 Cinema and Neo:6 Music.
On firmware version after DTS:X support
• You can select DTS:X and DTS Neural:X. (You cannot
select Neo:6 Cinema and Neo:6 Music after updating.)
