This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in your new MX-BT30 / MX-TM3.
How long does the coverage last?

This warranty lasts for one year from the date you purchase your MX-BT30 / MX-TM3.

(Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the MX-BT30 / MX-TM3)
What will MAXFUN do?

MAXFUN will repair or replace any defective or malfunctioning part at no charge.  

You must pay any shipping and packaging.
What does this warranty not cover?

Any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, or natural disasters (such as a flood) are not covered.  

Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states 

do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above 

limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
How do you get services?

In order to be eligible for service under this warranty you MUST get a warranty-registeration code 

by putting required information on our website at www.maxfunusa.com and send  MX-BT30 / 

MX-TM3 with a $5.00 check or money order for return shipping and handling in a durable postage 

paid package with the warranty-registeration code clearly written to:

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from 

state to state.
