Exer-Rest Operations Manual 302-026-02 Rev. A 

 

There are 4 wheels on the Exer-Rest which are only to be used for transportation 

of the device. When in transport the feet are released so they do not touch the 

floor. When the device has reached its destination, the user will extend the four 

feet next to four wheels for fixing the device in place.  

 

    

 

First unscrew the upper nut. 

 

 

Next rotate the lower nut counterclockwise until the foot reaches the floor and the 

wheels do not. 

 

     

 

After the four feet reach the floor, confirm the device is balanced and screw the 

upper nuts.
