Navigate Through the Menus
The navigation key on your phone lets you scroll 
through menus quickly and easily. Many menus 
feature a scroll bar on the right to help you keep track 
of your position in the menu. To navigate through a 
menu, press the navigation key up or down.
Select Menu Items
As you navigate through the menu, menu options are 
highlighted. Select any option by highlighting it and 
pressing 
. If the option is numbered, you can 
select it by pressing the corresponding number on 
the phone’s keypad.
Back Up Within a Menu
Press 
 to go to the previous menu.
Press 
 to return to standby mode.
Take advantage of your phone’s features from the 
basics (making calls) to the more advanced (using 
messages, taking pictures, and more).
Voicemail
Set Up Your Voicemail
All unanswered calls are automatically transferred to 
your voicemail, even if your phone is in use or turned 
off. You should set up your voicemail and personal 
greeting as soon as your phone is activated:
1. From standby mode, press and hold 
.
2. Follow the voice prompts to create your 
password and record your name and greeting.
It is strongly recommended that you set a voicemail 
password. Without a password, anyone who has 
access to your phone can access your messages.
Retrieve Your Voicemail
From your wireless phone:
From standby mode, press and hold 
.
To use the phone’s menu, press 
 > Messages > 
Voicemail.
From any other phone:
1. Dial your wireless phone number.
2. When your voicemail answers, press the 
asterisk key (*).
3. Enter your password.
