Check the service

operating status

Click the System Diagnose button.

The service operating status is

displayed.

Check the keyboard,

mouse, and USB

connections

Click the Device Check button. The peripheral connections are displayed.

Check the network

connection

i.

Enter the IP address that you want to ping in the text box.

ii.

Click ping to check whether the cloud terminal can ping the opposite

end.

This procedure describes how to switch to the administrator because the advanced

configuration and management on the cloud terminal cannot be implemented by a

common user.

Click

in the lower left corner on the desktop. A shortcut menu is displayed.

Select Logout. The session logout dialog box is displayed.

3.

Click Logout. The user logout dialog box is displayed, see
