The Phone Book can have up to six different groups: VIP, Business, Family, Friends, School and Others. When you 
select a group you can choose to View or Edit the contact.

Entering or Deleting Letters, Numbers, and Special Characters

•

To enter a letter or number, press the appropriate key repeatedly until the letter or number appears. Each 
name can be up to 16 characters. Each number can be up to 24 digits.

To change between lower case, upper case and numeric characters press the * key.

•

To enter a *,+,%,@, (,),/,[,],;,_,’,^, sign, press the #/P key while the handset is in standby mode.

Press  the  0 (zero) key enter a space when you are in the alphabetic mode (Contact is in the title line). Press 
the 0 (zero) key to enter a zero when you are in the numeric mode (Number # is in the title line).

•

To erase a character, press Delete; it works as a backspace. To erase an entry, press and hold Delete.

•

To move the cursor, use the navigation pad. Up moves one space left, down moves one space right.

•

If a Contact is entered without a name, it will be first in the Phonebook.

•

The Phonebook can store up to 100 entries.
