Wireless-N ADSL2+ Gateway
The Local Network Tab
This screen displays information about the Gateway’s local network.
Local Network
This screen displays the following: the local Mac Address, IP Address, Subnet Mask, DHCP Server, Start IP 
Address, and End IP Address. 
To view the DHCP Client Table, click the DHCP Client Table button. To view the ARP/RARP Table, click the 
ARP/RARP Table button.
DHCP Clients Table. The DHCP Active IP Table shows the current DHCP Client data. You will see the computer 
name, IP address, MAC address, and expiration time of the dynamic IP address for the clients using the DHCP 
server. (This data is stored in temporary memory and changes periodically.) Click the Refresh button if you want 
to refresh the displayed information. To delete a client from the DHCP server, select the client, and then click the 
Delete button. Click the Close button to return to the Local Network screen.
ARP/RARP Table. An ARP request is a request sent by the Gateway asking clients with IP addresses for their MAC 
addresses, so the Gateway can map IP addresses to MAC addresses. RARP is the reverse of ARP. The ARP/RARP 
Table shows the current data for the local network clients of the Gateway. You will see their IP addresses and 
MAC addresses. (This data is stored in temporary memory and changes periodically.) Click the Refresh button if 
you want to refresh the displayed information. Click the Close button to return to the Local Network screen.
