Warranty 
Universal lighting technologies warrants to the purchaser that each electronics ballast will be   
marched with the lamp (T5 14x3, T5 21x3) and free from defects in material or workmanship for a 
period of 5 years from date of manufacture when properly installed and under normal condition of use.
