This light device has been tested and found to comply with the limits for Consumer RF Lighting 
Device, pursuant to Part 18 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable

Warranty 
Universal lighting technologies warrants to the purchaser that each electronics ballast will be marched 
with the lamp (T5 28W) and free from defects in material or workmanshop for a period of 5 years 
from date of manufacture when properly installed and under normal condition of use.
