2.3.1 Antenna Interface Circuits
The UM01-HW UMTS module supports the main antenna interface .Antenna interface is
connected to antenna through the RF connector and the antenna pad. Either of the antenna
interfaces can be selected for use. The selected cable and antenna must have an impedance of
50 ohm.

The UM01-HW UMTS module adopts the U.FL-R-SMT-1(10) RF connector 51-3612-50-H
supplied by HRS. Figure 2-1 shows the dimensions of the RF connector.
