12.5.3 Scan Heading and Read Heading
While playing a DAISY Player file, you can check your current heading

scan them by activating the “Read Heading” or “Scan Heading” in the
“Heading” menu.
Without using the menu (pressing “Space-m (dots1-3-4)” and then “h
(dots 1-2-5”)”), you can check the current heading (in the file that is
currently being played) by pressing “Enter-w (dots 2-4-5-6).” If you
activate this function, you will see the current heading name and level.
By pressing “Enter-n (dots 1-3-4-5),” you can scan the heading list from
the present to the end. If you activate the “Scan Heading” menu, you will
see the heading list from the present to the end. In the list, if you find
one that you want to listen to, press “Enter” or “Space” to play it. Using
this method, you are able to skip other headings and play what you want.
