Review Response Report
The Review Response Report lists the response time for specific events that have occurred for the patient in six-
month segments and then provides a bar graph to track the response time (in seconds) for those events.

By clicking on an event link at the bottom of the report, you can access the Response Reason Report. This report
provides detailed information about the Event Cause that was selected each time an Event was cleared for the
patient. The blue mark indicates the response time for the patient, the red mark indicate the average response time
for the facility.
