3. COMM LED

   Indicates the status of data transfer between the Host Device and the Dolphin Terminal as described below.

:Using the Serial Port:

Using the USB Port:

Serial data is being sent from the Host Device to 
the Dolphin HomeBase.  

Serial data is being sent from the Dolphin 
HomeBase to the Host Device.

Serial data is being sent at high data rates.

A USB Connection is established with the host 
computer.
